An annual lease for everyday living. The rent and payment schedule are agreed for the entire term.
Utilities included
When renting directly from GENVI, utility bills are included in the agreed rent. The included charges are listed in the lease.
Lease and bank transfer
The lease is signed with Genvi JSC. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the company’s account.
First and last month
The first month and an advance payment for the final month are due when signing. If a security deposit is required, its amount, purpose and refund terms are agreed in the lease beforehand.
Documented handover
We record the apartment’s condition, furniture and appliances at check-in. Extensions, early departure and pets are agreed before signing.
